Shipping and Delivery Policy:

How soon will my order reach me?
We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.
Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.

How reliable are your delivery services?
We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through FedEx surface mode or air for your delivery.

Why are my products arriving in multiple shipments?
We ship from multiple locations in the country. This is the reason your order might reach you in multiple parts.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

What do I do if I have a special request pertaining to my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Write to us at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +91 8700185816 or just a chat at our chat window on the website. This helps us get you the best shipping rates possible to your location. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

How long does it take for my international order to reach me?
We ship through Aramex or FedEx. It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related to delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.

Do you offer COD?
Yes! COD is available for orders – the COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept an exchange/return only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. We can either refund as store credit in case you want to utilize it at a later point or refund to source Certain products may have a no return/exchange policy(books, DIY kits, diapers, flash cards, etc.).

How do I return/exchange a product in case of a manufacturing defect or defective product or size mismatch?

We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept an exchange/return only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. We can either refund as store credit in case you want to utilize it at a later point or refund to source Certain products may have a no return/exchange policy(books, DIY kits, diapers, flash cards, etc.).

Initiating a request:

  • Write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return/exchange. If it is later than this, write to us and let’s work together to see what we can do.
  • We will approve the return/exchange request if it is a returnable/exchangeable product. We will provide detailed instructions by email regarding pick-up. This will involve minimal hassle to you, we promise.


Exchange:

In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
Exchange: Once we receive the return shipment via reverse pick-up or self-courier, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and an email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receipt of the returned item.
The exchange product requested by you will be sent out to you.
Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.


Return

  • You can get store credit for the same value of the returned product. This can be redeemed in full value on the website. These credits lapse at the end of the calendar year.
  • Your funds can be refunded to the source. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at Padhaii. The refund will reflect in the “source account” between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request. We would very much prefer it if you chose your refund in the form of store credits.. Please..Please..
  • For COD returns, funds will be refunded only to your store account. You may choose to apply these funds at checkout at the time of placing your next order with us.
